Lastly, we design and develop connected communities that enhance how our customers live, work, and build vibrant relationships.

Our History

Since 1991, Legend Homes has planned, designed, and built high-quality homes in communities where our customers want to work, send their children to school, and build vibrant, connected lives.  

Originally based in the Houston area, Legend Homes has since expanded its reach throughout Texas by establishing communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, Bryan-College Station, and more.  

In 2005, Legend Homes’ parent company, Camillo Companies, acquired San Antonio-based homebuilder Bella Vista Homes. In 2023, Bella Vista Homes rebranded to Legend Homes but still maintains a strong, growing presence in the region, with newly constructed communities in San Antonio, Cibolo, Seguin, New Braunfels, and beyond.  

With tens of thousands of residences constructed in the Greater Houston area, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio metro, and more, we've built a reputation as one of the most trusted homebuilders in the region.
