He came to Texas on vacation 20+ years ago and chose to make it his home. His diverse background can benefit you as he has had personal experience in residential sales/flips, land sales/investments/owner financing, and commercial sales/investments for the last 18+ years. He is also an active real estate investor experienced in residential, land, and commercial properties with ownership in 850+ multifamily units. He has received the Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, the Accredited Land Consultant(ALC) designation from the Realtors Land Institute, and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert(RENE) certification from the National Association of Realtors. He is one of approximately 200 real estate practitioners worldwide that hold both the CCIM and ALC designations. JC is a Director of the Tall Pines Association of Realtors, a Board Member of Restore Texas Ministries, a proud father of 3 children, and the husband of a beautiful & loving wife. I have been a Texas REALTOR® since 1998. This career has been built on being in the relationship business rather than the selling business. Working in a rural area such as ours has given me the opportunity to gain years of experience in residential, commercial, farm & ranch, and unimproved properties. Our buyers, sellers, and property management clients range from multi-family investors to recreational lake home owners to owner-occupied residential homes. Close proximity to Sam Houston State University offers us some unique challenges and opportunities with student and faculty housing needs; we enjoy working with these newcomers to our area.
