My career was inspired by my mother who has been an outstanding pace-setter in the real estate industry for over 30 years. The experience invoked my desire to join the industry, and although I've had my license for 5 years, I've been in and around the business my entire life-- hence my rich portfolio. My background in psychology with a minor in business from Sam Houston State University has been instrumental in shaping my career. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University, a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and an Accredited Buyer's Representative. After graduating from A&M I relocated to Houston and then San Antonio to pursue my career in property management. The larger cities were wonderful for my career but when my husband and I were blessed with a daughter, I started reminiscing about life growing up in a small community. In 1993 we relocated to the Columbus area. After ten years of being a stay-at-home mom, I activated my broker's license and joined Keller Williams Realty out of the Houston area. Two years later, I joined a local real estate firm, Texas Star Realty, and managed the office but still enjoyed listing and selling real estate. Texas Star Realty was purchased by Coldwell Banker - The Ron Brown Company in January of 2015. In March of 2015 I was blessed to join Double G Realty, LLC a locally owned and operated company. In addition to being a full time Realtor, I was also involved with numerous school and community activities such as Parent Teacher Organizations, Girl Scouts, Columbus Aquatic Team and Tri-County Aggie Moms Club.

A native Texan raised in Plano, Sally enjoys being a dedicated wife, Mom, Gimme, and active community member. These roles have allowed her to cultivate positive relationships in all aspects of her life. Her formal education includes a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University and later a return to academia to earn a M. Ed. from University of Houston-Victoria. She devoted her career to serving the needs of her local community by committing over 25 years to private and public PK-12 schools and higher education institutions. Upon returning to College Station and fulfilling a dream to work at Texas A&M University, the exciting opportunity to try her hand at real estate presented itself. During her spare time from a full-time career, Sally began to research and learn all she could about real estate and the market. She approached real estate with the same passion as her experience in the field of education. Sally has now returned to her hometown in Colorado County and is looking forward to serving the needs of family, friends, and local and new community members.
