About Paul McCleary

Paul is an accomplished business professional with over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate development / design / construction industry. He excels at strategic planning and critical thinking, and possesses a strong track record of successfully building competent teams and long-lasting business relationships.

In 2022 Paul joined his wife and top-producing agent, Cheryl McCleary, GRI, ABR, DRSAgent to help her scale and diversify her residential real estate brand in the brokerage of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties.

Paul is a native Houstonian, a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and BioHouston, and a Life Member of the Texas Exes. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (BA, 1987) and the University of St. Thomas (MBA, 1994).
